Breast milk inclusions:
Breast milk can be fresh or previously frozen. Please supply 1/2 ounce of thawed breast milk per piece ordered. Your inclusion should be sent double bagged in two breast milk storage bags and then sealed in a freezer ready ZIPLOC style bag. Label this bag with your name and order #.
Placenta Inclusions:
Placenta will be accepted in powdered state only. Please supply 1 capsules or 1 teaspoon of dehydrated, ground placenta. Place your inclusion in a freezer ready, ZIPLOC bag. Label this bag with your name and order #.
Umbilical Inclusions:
Place your dehydrated/dried umbilical cord in a freezer ready, ZIPLOC bag. Label this bag with your name and order #.
Cremation Ash Inclusions:
Please include one to 1 teaspoon of cremains in a freezer ready ZIPLOC bag. Label this bag with your name and order #.
Hair Inclusions:
Please include two to three inches of hair in a ZIPLOC bag. Label this bag with your name and order #.
DO NOT SEND MILK WHILE FROZEN
REFRIGERATION OF THE INCLUSION IS NOT REQUIRED.
Best way to ensure that I am able to work with what you have sent is to bundle the hair together in a small pony tail with a mini elastic at one end. Please be aware that very light hair can be difficult to see within your keepsake.
The amounts above are per keepsake. After following the above instructions for your selected inclusion please place your Ziploc item in a padded mailing envelope and ship to:

A Mother’s Blessed Keepsakes is not responsible for any lost or damaged inclusions. We recommend that you send your inclusion priority post. This gives you insurance as well as tracking. I do the same when I return ship your completed piece.
Turn around time is 22-24 weeks from the time I receive payment and inclusion. I will do all I can to complete your piece earlier. Your piece will not be created until your invoice has been paid in full.
Flat rate shipping costs will apply and will be added to the cost of your keepsake. Cost will be $18 unless otherwise stated.
